Chapter 5
The Rising (Working Title) is a fantasy story that I've been working on in my spare time. It begun as an experiment playing with the program RPG Maker. It has since expanded into what I hope will become an entertaining story.
A murder in a quiet village, a betrayal of childhood friendships, a dark omen, and the darkest sin imaginable; can a young man find it in his heart to forgive, even if it means setting the entire world against him?
The world is called Ishal Ará, an earth-like world with five continents: Ishala Náru, Totan Eeri, Nolát Dracos, and two glacier-covered continents at the poles. Our story takes place on Ishala Náru, the largest of the continents, in a place known as the Kingdom of Galanor (The Land of Men).
Our main characters are Lucas Ward, Bennet Darch, and Solía Evera Starhunter, also known as Eve.
